Looking for the perfect spot to host a party, BBQ, or family gathering? Willowood Swim Club offers a spacious pavilion available for rental by members, complete with seating, shade, and access to a grill for your convenience.

Available Monday – Sunday at the following time slots:
🕚 12:00 AM – 3:00 PM
🕑 4:00 PM – 7:00 PM
Rental Fee
💲 $50.00 (Includes grill use)
👥 Each non-member guest: $10.00
👨👩👧👦 Maximum capacity: 50 people
How to Reserve
- Log in to your Membership Account.
- Navigate to Reservation/Make Reservation and select your preferred date.
- Choose an available time slot.
- After reserving, go to Make a Payment and select Pavilion Rental Fee to complete your booking.
⚠️ Reservations are only confirmed once payment is received.

⚠️ Willowood Swim Club is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please remove all belongings by the end of the season—unclaimed items will be disposed of at management’s discretion.
